Amit comes to the “Aama Ghar” from Aithpur, Kanchanpur district. which is in the far south western part of Nepal. Both of his parents left him and went to India to work and survive when he was small boy. He was staying with his grandmother. His parents have to leave Nepal because of the poverty and not having job and anything in Nepal. Also his grandmother is very old and sick who could not work. So, she brought Amit in the orphanage and left him there for his good care, support and education for his bright future.

Amit is very active boy who love to play with his friends in the orphanage. Also he is very friendly and helpful. He like to play football and cricket. He like to be a policeman in future.
